• Compliance Operations Specialist

  • Responsibilities

    • The Compliance Operations Specialist will work with the Chief Compliance Officer and other members of Ethics & Compliance Group to manage the daily operations of the group. This may include assistance with scheduling meetings and travel.
    • Serve as primary administrator for the Investigations Database. Draft and upload Core Investigation Committee meeting minutes, as well as interview summaries and associated documents. Prepare weekly reports.
    • Serve as database administrator for PolicyIQ database, managing updates and uploads.
    • Manage all contingent workers contracted with the E&C group and serve as primary contact for the Contingent Worker Portal.
    • Manage EQC Team Meetings and events.
    • Collaborate with E&C leaders to develop and manage the E&C budget, contracts and purchase orders.  Manage procure to pay process for all E&C expenses, and maintain E&C purchasing card account.
    • Record minutes of the Monthly E&C, Legal & Promotional Compliance Meeting.
    • Maintain E&C Directory and Org Chart.
    • Assistance with Privacy and Information Security related activities such as third-party assessments, privacy impact assessments and audits.
    • The role will evolve as the needs of the team and business are determined



    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Social Science or relevant field
    • Aspirations for a progressive career in Ethics & Compliance or related fields
    • Thinks creatively, innovatively, and unconventionally
    • Communicates effectively and builds sound relationships
    • Demonstrates self-awareness and is coachable
    • Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
    • Strong interest in working in a rapid and entrepreneurial environment
    • Ability to navigate governmental resources to find information quickly and accurately
    • Ability to deliver information accurately with insight and perspective
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
    • High technical competency and skills to learn complex information and new programs
    • Ability to accomplish goals with minimal supervision both independently and as a team member
    • Disposition to adapt and manage change


    • 2-5 combined years of work experience in a business environment and/or consulting


    Travel (approximately 10%)
