  • Responsibilities

    The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) is a vital and integral role supporting the Talent Acquisition function. The TAC contributes to the overall success of the team and candidate experience by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruitment process.

     

    This position will require you to develop an understanding of Otsuka’s recruiting processes and applicant tracking system for candidate management and other related activities in support of Talent Acquisition.

     

    • Assist in the coordination and administration of routine, TA transactions
    • Work within a matrixed environment
    • Support one or more client areas across our commercial and R&D functions
    • Interview scheduling and candidate travel
    • New hire processing - offer letter and background check process management, new hire paperwork
    • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and broader People team.
    • Prepare offer letters and other recruiting correspondence
    • Work in Applicant Tracking System to support administrative recruiting functions and track candidates Interface with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process

     

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of professional experience , preferably within HR
    • High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with deadlines
    • Demonstrated ability to solve problems while exhibiting sound judgment
    • Comfortable with change & ability to pivot & adapt quickly
    • Ability to manage a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable workload
    • Polished and professional presentation and communication style; capable of communicating complex content in a succinct manner in-person, over the phone, and through written correspondence
    • Ability to guide processes to closure Experience with Outlook, Word, and some Excel required
    • Excellent desk/computer/workflow organizational skills
