As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be a champion of Otsuka’s culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build their organizations. The successful candidate consults the businesses they support, demonstrates Otsuka culture in their decisions and behavior, monitors the effect of business decisions on people and advise management appropriately.
