The Senior Payroll Analyst encompasses all aspects of the payroll function and accounting related responsibilities associated the company’s compensation and benefits. This role is the principal knowledge expert on payroll matters and a thoughtful leader in payroll processing. This individual will possess the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes while adding rigor around compliance and gained efficiencies.
The Senior Payroll Analyst has a strong working knowledge of payroll regulations and will ensure accurate and timely execution of multi-state payroll processing using ADP Work Force Now with a focus on key internal controls and federal state and local laws/compliance guidelines.
In partnership with the Payroll Manager and Human Resources, this position will also be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of terminations, new hires and personnel changes transferred through interface from Workday HRIS to ADP Workforce Now while meeting all regulatory and reporting requirements; perform a variety of accounting month-end close activities, custom reporting, data analysis, routine reconciliations, and any other day-to-day operational activities as needed.
