The Senior Manager HRIS Guides and participates in development and production support of cloud-based applications used for people data management, payroll and timekeeping (Workday and ADP). Collaborates with HR, Finance and IT stakeholders, providing subject matter expertise, to plan, evaluate and support current requirements and long-term objectives. Functions as stakeholder partner by playing a significant role in planning and managing projects related to new functionality, process improvement and system update release management. Plans and leads system support and optimization projects primarily focusing on support of HR and Payroll systems. Also focuses on implementing improved processes, best practices and operational measures for improved application support across HR and Payroll applications.
