    The Director Enterprise Technical Lead will plan, develop and execute digital enterprise transformation strategy specifically around ERP. Act as a primary point of contact for business and functional teams with regards to ERP architecture, innovation & analytical solutions. Manage techno-functional team with expertise in Analytics, Integration, Data migration, UAM & Innovation. Manage resources, budget and program planning to deliver the transformation.


    Key responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

    • Work with internal and external partners to create detail planning of enterprise transformation primarily focused on S/4HANA domains including architecture and analytics
    • Create and manage a team of experts for analytics, integration, data migration, UAM and innovation
    • Lead cross-functional programs for advanced analytics to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover business optimization opportunities.
    • Lead the organization transformation focusing on new technologies and solutions including RPA, AI and ML
    • Manage vendor partnerships and licensing.
    • Lead the integration/ governance layer between multiple functional and technical streams
    • Work closely with Enterprise architect to ensure ERP architecture is aligned with overall architecture design.
    • Design and manage enterprise cloud architecture specifically for ERP, analytics and integration
    • Oversee the design/ delivery of architecture and analytics working closely with business and functional teams.
    • Manage regular status communication with sponsors, steering committee & key stakeholders in business.
    • Act as the trusted advisor to the leadership on enterprise technology transformation
    • Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget and business within your department and design/implement solutions to meet these needs.


    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree is required.
    • Leadership skills in managing digital enterprise transformations required
    • Knowledge of latest technologies, tools and processes focusing on S/4, RPA, AI required
    • Strong cloud architecture knowledge required
    • Fluent in multiple program management methodologies: agile, waterfall
    • Strong problem solving, architecture, quantitative and analytical abilities.
    • Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills
    • Deep understanding of organizational processes, data and associated enterprise applications
    • Strong business knowledge across functional areas
    • Up to 10% travel is required based upon business needs
